Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Nyrevi is a real-time professional booking platform operating in Oman. We provide a marketplace connecting customers with professionals and salons, enabling instant booking, real-time availability tracking, and cashless payments. Our services are available through mobile applications (iOS and Android) and a web dashboard for salon owners.

2. User Accounts

To use Nyrevi, you must create an account using a valid email address or phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.

3. User Responsibilities

For Customers:

  • Arrive at the salon within the specified time window after booking
  • Cancel bookings promptly if you cannot attend
  • Provide honest and fair reviews and ratings
  • Treat professionals and salon staff with respect
  • Complete payment for services received

For Professionals and Salon Owners:

  • Maintain accurate availability status
  • Provide services as described and at the listed prices
  • Honor confirmed bookings
  • Maintain proper hygiene and safety standards
  • Comply with all applicable Omani laws and regulations

4. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed immediately upon placement. Customers may cancel a booking free of charge up to 15 minutes after confirmation. Cancellations after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee at the salon's discretion. Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions.

Professionals and salons may cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances. Repeated cancellations by service providers will be reviewed and may result in reduced visibility on the platform.

5. Payment Terms

All prices on Nyrevi are displayed in Omani Rial (OMR). Prices are set by individual salons and professionals. Nyrevi charges salons a platform commission on marketplace bookings; the rate is agreed with each salon when it joins and is deducted from the salon's payout. Customers pay the full listed price.

Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. Nyrevi does not store your payment card details. Customer cancellations are refunded to your Nyrevi wallet; card reversals are handled by support only for dispute escalations.

6. Reviews and Content

Users may submit reviews and ratings for professionals and salons after completing a booking. Reviews must be honest, relevant, and based on actual experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that contain inappropriate content, spam, or false information. All review content remains the property of the submitting user, with a license granted to Nyrevi to display it on the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

The Nyrevi name, logo, mobile applications, website, and all related content are the property of Nyrevi and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nyrevi is a marketplace platform connecting customers with independent professionals and salons. We do not employ the professionals or operate the salons listed on our platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Nyrevi is not liable for the quality of services provided by professionals or salons.
  • Nyrevi is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss arising from services received at a salon.
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid through the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We provide the platform “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Nyrevi shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat, Oman.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Nyrevi after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
