Yes. Searching, comparing, and booking are free for customers.
Can I cancel a paid booking?+
Yes — cancel at least 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund to your Nyrevi wallet. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Card reversals are handled by support for disputes only.
Can I choose my professional?+
Yes. Choose any available professional for the most flexibility, or select a specific professional when you prefer one.
How do I leave a review?+
