You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment — any paid amount is refunded to your Nyrevi wallet. Cancelling less than 24 hours before the appointment is non-refundable.

Online payments are processed through Amwal Pay's secure hosted checkout (Oman-based payment gateway). Nyrevi never stores card details.

What if a salon cancels my booking?

You will be notified immediately via WhatsApp and the app, and the full amount is credited to your Nyrevi wallet straight away — whatever the notice period, since the cancellation was not yours. The wallet is instant, and you can spend it on your next booking. If you paid by card, we then send that refund back to the same card automatically — you do not have to ask for it, and it usually lands within 5–10 business days. If an automatic return is not possible for your payment, the money simply stays in your wallet and you can send it yourself from the booking page with "Send to my card". We also help you find an alternative slot.
